Effective May 1st, 2025, Vacation Ownership Advisor (VOA) is no longer in partnership with Spartan Vacations or Apollo Destinations.

This decision was not made lightly. Over the past year, VOA provided extensive support to members who were introduced to us by these companies—including customer service, concierge bookings, and full portfolio management. Unfortunately, due to non-payment for these services, we were left with no option but to formally end our business relationship with both Spartan and Apollo.

What This Means for You

✅ If you are a VOA member who has paid your annual dues:
Your services will continue without interruption. You will still have access to all the support, travel services, and member benefits you’ve come to expect from VOA.

❌ If you have not paid your VOA renewal or have not communicated with our team regarding continuation:
Your services have been paused and terminated. This was a difficult decision, but one that became necessary due to the lack of payment and cooperation from Spartan and Apollo regarding member support obligations.

A Clarifying Note on Our Role

It’s important to clarify that VOA is a completely independent company. We were hired as a third-party post-sale concierge and portfolio management service.
We are not part of the sales or marketing process of Spartan Vacations or Apollo Destinations.

VOA exists to support members after the sale, helping them navigate their travel benefits, maximize value, and avoid confusion that often arises after joining a vacation ownership or travel club.
